For Digital Products:
All digital downloadable products are non-refundable, so please consider this before making your purchase. Once you have made your purchase your digital products will be delivered via email and a link will also be presented at the end of your transaction.
For The Coven Membership:
Once you have purchased the coven membership monthly subscription you will receive instructions to join the Private Facebook group. You may cancel your coven membership at any point but please note that any payments that have been made are non-refundable so please cancel as soon as possible before your next payment is taken.
For Physical Products:
Your order is being shipped from Surrey, UK. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays or postage strikes. We are not responsible for delays in transit.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If an item arrived damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a 5% refund of item cost. Please email a photo of the damage to the item and the packaging and your order number to hello@lunarandwild.com
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you’ve changed your mind and you’d like a refund, you have 28 days to return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved then your refund will be processed to the card that you initially paid with.

My favourite candle of all time.
I have never received such a beautify packaged item before. It is obvious it was made and packed with care. The smell is strong and intoxicating, I never thought I would like this combination of scents, but it may just be my new favourite. The crystal that comes with it is such a thoughtful addition. It truly makes this more than a candle, it's an experience. I will absolutely order again.
I now only ever buy my candles from Lunar and Wild, because they are so good! The scent and fragrance of these candles are gorgeous and the coconut & rapeseed wax with beautiful essential oils just wafts through my home. Everyone says; "Your home smells amazing!" I love the rituals that go along with the candles and perform them as often as I can. It makes the candles even more special. And can't wait to recieve the crystals now! More treats! I love all the candles but I'm a real citrus girl, so I adore the *Abundance* candle which is pine, lemon and lime. Oh my word, it's divine. And with the little cracking wooden wick, I feel I could be in a forest, miles away. Highly recommend these candles. Absolutely worth every penny, as they burn for a very, very, very long time, all natural, in reusable glass jars, with beautiful scents, self love rituals, crystals and created with love and intention. I've had candles in my life for as long as I can remember, and these are by far, the best out there.
